Creating Inner Beauty

✨ I’m speaking at a FREE global healing summit, and I’d love for you to join me! ✨

From October 23rd to 25th, I’ll be one of more than 30 speakers at The Spiritual Codes of Healing, a free online summit exploring the many pathways to healing, wellbeing, and wholeness.

You’ll hear from doctors, psychologists, researchers, authors, practitioners, and spiritual teachers sharing perspectives on nervous system healing, trauma and emotional healing, energy, intuition, grief, purpose, consciousness, and the mind-body connection.

🌙 My session: Remembering Your Power: Intuition, Healing, and Co-Creating A Life You Love

Other speakers include Kute Blackson, Deborah King, Dr. Dain Heer, Dannion Brinkley, Brad Yates, Jeffrey Allen, Jennifer Hough, Christy Whitman, Prune Harris, Karla Mans Giroux, and many more.

What I love most about this summit is that it doesn’t claim there’s one single answer for everyone. It honors a holistic view of healing and invites you to:

💫 Listen with curiosity
💫 Explore different perspectives
💫 Question what you hear
💫 Discover what genuinely resonates with you

Registration is completely free. Reserve your place here 👉

🐾 My heart is SO full about this one. 🐾

On Wednesday, August 26th, I'm donating my gifts to a wonderful cause:

Lucky 13 Rescue, a Kansas City organization dedicated to giving rescue dogs the life saving medical care and second chances they deserve.

From 6pm to 8pm, I'll be offering tarot readings alongside a lineup of incredible local vendors, all coming together for one beautiful purpose: raising funds so more dogs get the care they need to find their forever homes.

If you've ever wanted a reading with me, this is the perfect excuse. Come get some clarity, connect with your intuition, and know that every bit of it is going straight to saving a life that can't speak up for itself.

✨ What: Charity event for Lucky 13 Rescue, featuring tarot readings and other local vendors

📅 When: Wednesday, August 26th, 6pm to 8pm

📍 Where: The Glasshouse At River Oaks

💛 Why: 100% in support of medical care for Kansas City rescue dogs

Come for a reading, stay for the community, and leave knowing you helped a pup get a second chance.

Tag a friend who needs a little magic (and a good cause) in their week!

💫 One of the most powerful realizations on my healing journey was this:

Our relationships are mirrors.

Whatever we believe about ourselves and what we deserve — consciously or unconsciously — our love lives will faithfully show it to us. Not to punish us. But because those places are asking to be seen, healed, and loved back into wholeness.

I know that can be a confronting idea. It was for me too.

But it's also the most liberating thing I've ever discovered about love. Because it means the power to transform your relationships has always been with you. It just starts somewhere most people never think to look.

It starts inside.

Today on the blog I'm sharing my personal soulmate manifestation story — what I had to heal, the moment everything shifted, and the synchronistic way my husband Ryan came into my life just months after I finally became truly whole on my own.

If you are calling in love, healing around love, or simply curious about the inner work that makes soul-aligned relationships possible — this one is for you.

I manifested my soulmate — but it required deep inner work first. Here's the honest story of what I healed, what shifted, and what's possible for you too.

Have you ever felt an unexplainable pull toward the Goddess?

Maybe you've found yourself drawn to a particular Goddess, fascinated by ancient traditions, or longing to reconnect with your intuition, feminine power, and a more sacred way of living.

In my experience, that call is rarely random.

It often comes during seasons of growth—when you're ready to heal old wounds, remember who you truly are, and step into a deeper expression of yourself.

That's exactly what I explore in my newest Brainz Magazine article:

✨ How Working With Goddess Energy Can Transform Your Healing Journey

In the article, I share:
🌙 What the "call of the Goddess" really is
🌙 How working with Goddess energy supports healing and personal transformation
🌙 Why so many women are awakening to the Divine Feminine right now
🌙 What it means to reclaim your Inner Priestess and trust your own inner wisdom

If you've been feeling that quiet pull toward this path, I hope this article offers inspiration and encouragement for wherever you are on your journey.

I'd love to know...have you ever felt drawn to a particular Goddess? If so, who has been calling to you lately? 💛

For many women, the path into working with Goddess energy doesn’t begin with a plan. It begins with a feeling, a quiet pull toward something they can’t fully explain, a curiosity about the Goddess...
