🌞 September is Childhood Obesity Awareness Month! 🌞

Healthy habits start early. Small, everyday choices can make a big difference in your child’s overall health and well-being.

This month, focus on building healthy routines as a family: move your bodies, choose nutritious foods and drinks, enjoy meals together, and make time to unplug and connect.

Most importantly, focus on health, not weight. Every child is different, and healthy growth looks different for everyone. Our goal is to help kids develop a positive relationship with food, activity, and their bodies.

You're Invited to Our Infant Feeding Support Group!

Feeding your baby comes with plenty of questions, and you don't have to figure it out alone.

Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, combination feeding, or still deciding what works best for your family, you're welcome here.

Our Infant Feeding Support Group is a relaxed, judgment-free space where parents can connect, ask questions, and receive guidance from our experienced lactation consultants. We're here to support you through every stage of your feeding journey.

Topics may include:
• Breastfeeding and latch support
• Pumping tips and troubleshooting
• Formula feeding guidance
• Infant weight checks
• Introducing solid foods
• And all the questions in between!

Please note: This group is led by our lactation consultants. No physician will be present.

Infants must be at least 6 months old to receive a flu vaccine.

No appointment needed! Walk in during our flu shot clinic hours:
