I absolutely LOVE when someone new comes in for a massage.

They have NO idea what they’re about to experience (what even is SMRT and how could it EVER be better than deep tissue?).

They don’t know how much better they will feel after the session (a common response after is WHOA!).

They don’t know what they don’t know and that’s not a problem.

The key is getting them on the table because once the session starts, they’re my biggest fan.

Tonight was no exception.

Be mindful of what you’re choosing to feel. Can you take personal responsibility for your feelings and not get tripped up by what another is feeling? Volleying back what they’re sending to you isn’t the answer. Can you be in Love even when others don’t like you or want to be around you? This is a great exploration to allow you to see and meet the misunderstandings within beautiful you. They’re simply coming up to be healed. Sending you Love💗

With intention (say it like you mean it!), make the request: ✹I now request to invite the energy of the ocean, sand and warmth of the sun into every cell of my body. Filling me from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. ✹Spend several minutes listening to the waves, allowing the process. Feeling lighter and more expansive. When you pretend life looks how you want it to instead of accepting what it REALLY is, you’re lying to yourself.

You’ll get your b***y kicked each and every time.

I know I sure have.

I used to keep my head in the sand and when things would blow up, I would then feel like I was the victim.

Oops.

I’ve found acceptance to be the way to freedom.

It feels way better and there’s no story to maintain.

The energy I would’ve used to keep myself in a bubble, I now use to explore where I go from here.

That isn’t a possibility until I let go of the fight.

Me fighting what is = me fighting myself.

Whatever you choose is perfect for you and will offer you EXACTLY what you need.

Either way you’ll have an experience.
