✨Meet Madi!✨

We are so excited to welcome Madi Lynch, DPT, to the EmpowerHER Pelvic Physical Therapy team! 🤍

Her passion for women’s health began long before becoming a PT. Inspired by her fascination with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, Madi knew pelvic health was the specialty she wanted to pursue. During PT school, she completed additional pelvic health coursework through Herman & Wallace and gained hands on clinical experience in pelvic floor physical therapy.

Madi is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care and creating a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout every stage of life!

📣Everyone, meet EmpowerHER’s newest team member, Grace!!📣

Grace is our newest Physical Therapy Assistant!✨ She graduated from Navarro College with a strong interest in pelvic health and joined our team this January. Originally from the Dallas - Fort Worth area, Grace moved to Kansas City after getting married in December 2025 - and we’re so glad she did!🫶

You’ll find Grace in the clinic seeing clients and joining in on prenatal yoga every FRIDAY as she continues to learn and grow with Dr. Taylor. If you’re a current client needing a follow up appointment, you’re always welcome to book with her – she’s wonderful and you won’t regret it!🙌

Today marks 2 full years of EmpowerHER 🥹💛
And I get to celebrate with my favorite people, in my favorite place.

In 2025, EmpowerHER welcomed almost TRIPLE the number of new clients compared to 2024—and I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to meet and support so many incredible women.🫶

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m so excited for:

Something exciting happened!!!🥲 I am incredibly honored to be featured as a “Hidden Gem” in VoyageKC Magazine!! Founding EmpowerHER and building a space to support women has been the most fulfilling journey of my life. To have that story shared with the KC community.. truly surreal.💕

Hey friends👋 I know I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately – life has been full (in the best way!) with some exciting personal and professional things happening.✨
One of the biggest highlights? EmpowerHER had it’s BUSIEST MONTH ever in May! We welcomed more new clients than ever before, and it’s been amazing to see so many women prioritizing their health and well-being.🙌
I wanted to share a little bit about what brought them in – in hopes that it may inspire you or someone you love to reach out too! Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or pelvic pain, please know it’s never too late (or too early!) to ask for help. EmpowerHER is here for you no matter where you’re at in your journey, you don’t have to go through it alone!💕💪

It’s time to talk about pelvic pain because suffering in silence is NOT the answer.🚫
Pelvic pain can show up in so many ways – in the low back or hips, internally, relating to the urinary or bowel tracts, and more - and can be caused by anything from pregnancy and postpartum changes, endometriosis, scar tissue, or even muscle tension related to stress and anxiety.‼️
Whatever the cause, you deserve answers, support, and relief. No one should have to live with pain, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy can help.
