The benefits of contrast therapy don’t come from doing the most. They come from giving your body a manageable dose of stress and allowing it to adapt over time.

The people who see the greatest results are rarely the ones chasing the most extreme sessions. They’re the ones who make recovery a consistent part of their routine. A few sessions each week, repeated over months, will almost always outperform the occasional all-out effort.

The goal isn’t to suffer more. It’s to recover better, build resilience, and create habits that last.
