A single biller leaving can stall claims for weeks. Practices often measure headcount. What actually protects revenue is continuity, the same specialty knowledge and the same weekly A/R review, no matter who is on staff. HRG's billers work inside your EHR every week, so turnover on your team never becomes turnover in your revenue.

A podiatry practice moves to a new EMR. Claims start piling up. That gap between systems is where revenue quietly disappears. A Kansas podiatry practice lived this. Their prior vendor could not keep up with the migration. HRG had a new billing system operational within 30 days. A/R dropped below pre-migration levels and cash flow rose 20%.

Pain management and orthopedic practices in Arizona, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Washington are watching a new pressure point. CMS launched the WISeR model this year. It reviews claims for services like epidural steroid injections and knee debridement. Appeals only happen after the claim, never before. This shows up as a denial and A/R problem long before it becomes a prior authorization problem. HRG stays on the appeal, documentation, and A/R side, where the revenue actually lives.

Caption: An orthopedic provider finishes credentialing. Claims still bounce back unpaid. This happens more than most practices expect. A provider can be fully credentialed and the payer can still fail to link them to the group. The application says complete. The remittance says otherwise. HRG stays on the payer until the linkage clears and claims actually pay.

Solo mental health practitioners wear every hat in the practice.
Clinician. Biller. Credentialing coordinator. Office manager, all before lunch.
Payer contracts and enrollment updates eat hours that should go to clients.
Brenda Hansen-Mayer of Soundmind SF felt that pull firsthand running her own practice.
"Their support has allowed me to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on client care." That's the difference she says our team made.
Call 913-937-2995 if administrative work is eating into your client hours.

Behavioral health credentialing is its own maze.
Payer consolidation. MCO enrollment. Supervision billing rules that change depending on who is providing the service.
Most practices already burned by this process expect another vendor who half understands it.
Vicki Harkness felt that overwhelm when she opened her behavioral health practice.
"I consider them a part of my team and value the assistance they provide." That is how she describes working with HRG's credentialing team.
Behavioral health is not a side specialty for us. It is a practice we know well.

Starting a private practice from scratch means doing everything at once.
Credentialing. Payer contracts. NPI setup. All while trying to see patients and keep the lights on.
Miss one step, and your opening day slips by weeks or months.
Ashley Hosek felt that pressure firsthand when she launched her own therapy practice.
"I could not have opened my office doors had it not been for their attention to detail." That's her word for our credentialing team's work getting her ready to see patients.
Call 913-937-2995 before you set an opening date you can't hit.

Most billing and credentialing vendors are built for large groups.
A two or three provider practice gets the same rigid process as a 200 provider group. Same generic onboarding. The same slow response times.
Small practices need something built to fit their scale, not shrink to fit it.
"Their approach is both professional and highly personalized, making complex processes seamless and manageable, even for a small practice like ours."" That's Tara Roney, describing her experience working with our team.
We treat a small practice with the same attention as a large one. Never an afterthought."

Primary care runs on volume. Dozens of patients a day, hundreds of claims a month.
A wide CPT range and shifting payer rules leave plenty of room for small mistakes.
One coding gap on a $150 visit looks minor. Repeated 200 times a month, it isn't.
E/M visits, CCM, TCM, and annual wellness visits each carry their own billing rules.
HRG works inside your existing EHR, so nothing about your workflow changes.
Weekly A/R reviews catch small errors before they compound into a real revenue problem.

Every biologic infusion claim in rheumatology invites close payer review. J-codes change often. Buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy models complicate reimbursement further. A single denied infusion claim can represent thousands of dollars in stuck revenue. Getting the documentation right before submission changes the outcome significantly. HRG's accurate infusion billing upfront reduces denials by 15 to 30 percent for rheumatology clients. Read the full rheumatology billing breakdown at the link below. https://hubs.la/Q04pWqKN0
