✨ New Monday Class for Mama + Baby! 👶

Join us for Mama Moves Baby Grooves Mondays at 9am!

Move, sway, bounce, dance, and connect with your little one in this fun, supportive class for babies 2 months and up and their caregivers.

We’ll warm up, stretch, sing, interact, dance, and cool down—all while incorporating babywearing.

Just bring yourself, your baby, and your carrier. No experience needed!

Come move freely, connect with your little one, and have some fun with us!

Tuesdays are a busy day at hOMe holistic for women, moms, and little ones! 🌿✨

Join us at 10:30 AM for Sing and Share with Kristi and Stepping Stones KC. Then flow with Taylor in Prenatal Yoga at 12 PM. All women are welcome here. Join Lindsey and your mover and groover for our newest class, Mommies+Movers, at 4:30 PM. Then wrap up the day with a FREE Prenatal Yoga class at 6:00 PM.

I wanted to personally invite you to join me in Mexico.

Every year, I have the privilege of gathering an incredible group of women for a few days away from everyday life, and every year I leave feeling so grateful for the connections that are made. Watching women arrive carrying the weight of life and leave feeling lighter, more joyful, and deeply connected is something I'll never stop loving.

If you've been craving time to breathe, laugh, rest, reconnect with yourself, or simply remember what it feels like to wake up without rushing to the next thing, I hope you'll consider coming.

You don't have to know anyone. You don't have to have a reason other than feeling like your heart could use a little extra care.

Co-host Victoria Weber and I would be honored to spend those days with you, share this beautiful place that means so much to me, and watch you experience the magic that always seems to unfold when women gather together with open hearts.

Friday evening is going to be a meaningful evening for women at hOMe holistic! ✨🌙

Join us at 7 PM as Kasey leads one of our treasured women's circles, Sister Space. Find connection, grounding, ease, and love within this safe space to show up just as you are.

Then stay for an exciting new offering, Ecstatic Dance with Annalissa at 9 PM! This is a transformational movement journey using free-form movement. You do not need to have any dance experience to participate. This is a beautiful way to connect with your experience and honor your feelings as they arise.

Join for one or the other or experience both for a truly healing Friday.
