Would you know what to do if someone suddenly collapsed from cardiac arrest? According to the American Heart Association, cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in the U.S. Knowing can help you take action and potentially save a life while waiting for emergency responders.

In this video, representatives from our HCA Healthcare family and the American Heart Association demonstrate how to perform Hands-Only CPR using two simple steps:

📱 Call 911.
âś‹ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.

Across our broader HCA Healthcare network, we care for approximately 1.5 million cardiac patients each year. Through a collaboration with the American Heart Association, HCA Healthcare supports community education around heart health, CPR training and awareness of warning signs for heart issues.

Pain in your legs with physical activity? Cramping in your calves? It may be more than just fatigue.

(PAD) affects blood flow to the legs and feet — and it’s more common than you might think. Because symptoms can be mild or easy to mistake for something else, PAD often goes undiagnosed. Over time, reduced blood flow can lead to more serious issues if it’s not addressed.

The good news: PAD can often be managed with the right care. Treatment may include lifestyle changes, medication or procedures to help improve circulation.

➡️ If something doesn’t feel right or you think you may be at risk, talk to your primary care doctor. They may refer you to a specialist for further evaluation. Find a doctor near you: https://bit.ly/4vTfyrC
