In my therapy practice, we work with anxiety, depression, and chronic stress at the level of the nervous system.
We process.
We regulate.
We build capacity in the body.
But healing doesn’t happen only in the therapy room.
The body needs ongoing support — something tangible, sensory, grounding — to stay resourced enough to keep doing the work.
Alcheme was created as an extension of the therapy room.
