THIS.

We are all beautiful and creative humans...we all have amazing ideas, creative ideas, problem solving ideas.

And what if...one of yours is exactly what the world needs...your co-worker needs...your best friend needs....

The possibilities are endless and unless we take the time to step out into vulnerability we will never know.

So today, my challenge to you is to use your voice and place an idea out into the world. It just might change your life in a way you never dreamed possible.

So moving is hard work.

Since I began packing up in May I have worked every day…seeing clients, packing, unpacking, decorating….every day. Rest only occurred in the evenings as I fall into my recliner and snuggle in with my sweet Kiwi and Willow.

There have been lots of moments of dysregulation….and there have been lots of moments of connection and regulation. The Both/And principle.

I am now in the phase of decorating as all of the boxes have been unpacked and I now am giving homes to things in the new space. I will miss Flo - as we affectionate called the house- and so many clients have expressed gratitude for accessibility in the new space. In fact that was the #1 need on my search for a space.

Today I have decorated a wall in the Yoga/ Waiting room space and I find it to be quite symbolic of a healing journey…shadow work under the Moon ascension and guidance into meeting your higher self/ soul through following your North Star toward authenticity and the Sun bringing to light that what which has been in darkness….illuminating your path to the door…a portal….a threshold to something…..different. Unknown. Unfamiliar.

How brave and courageous one must be to engage in a heroine’s/ hero’s journey… to open the door and walk through the threshold.

I see so much in this small gallery of lovely images…I see so much of my own journey of healing.

And….I am curious…..what do you see when you see these images? What speaks to your soul…

In what ways have you abandoned yourself….unknowingly and knowingly.

Sometimes the truth hurts deeply because it is an acknowledgment of the ways we have wronged ourselves.

Healing is about a returning home to your body….your intuition…your inner child who is yearning to be seen, heard and validated.

How might your inner child heal from past traumas too?

What if….this moment was the beginning of something more….something validating….something that begins to bloom and take shape as you actively begin creating the life you have dreamed of…simply by experiencing connection, safety and settling into the stillness where your inner child awaits.

I have loved going to the Farmers Market over the years. The beautiful veggies and flowers, the delicious nom noms. 😋

It’s a great way to start your weekend.

Now I might be biased, there’s a wonderful woman who makes delicious fried apple fritters. They are made from scratch. I find them to be heavenly.

They also remind me of my grandmother whose name was Mim. She would make these from scratch too even after she lost her eyesight. When I purchase them from the farmers market it transports me back to summer days in my childhood where I would sit on her back porch and swing…not only did the swing swing….it bounced a little because the springs were old. ❤️
Mim loved her flowers and she would catch water in rain barrels and use this to water her plants. She had the most beautiful Elephant ears….lots of flowers everywhere. I do believe my love of plants and flowers came from her.

So if you are looking for something to do this weekend, why not browse our farmers market….and if you go early enough you might just snag a fried apple fritters. They go fast!

Greetings all lovely people who follow my business FB page. I have a need...and I am going to step into the arena of vulnerability and share my need, allowing people who can...take the opportunity to fulfill this need. Let me fill you in on the backstory, of how this need developed and the why for the ask....as context is important for our nervous system.

I have been quietly growing my business and my FB business page over the last 3 years and have almost 1000 followers. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would be sitting here in this moment.

As many of you know, I wrote and self-published my children's book - Bixlbee Pugglsree Learns to Talk About and Feel Their Feelings back in 2024. My sweet momma asked me to write this book before she died, and creating Bixlbee took about 1.5 years. My mom never had the opportunity to see the finished product, but she did know the gist of the story and she saw what Bixlbee was going to look like as a friendly monster. I readily admit Bixlbee is a book that I made lots of mistakes while creating, simply because I did not have the knowledge back then in 2022 that I have garnered now after attending workshops and festivals. However, Bixlbee is still near and dear to my heart and they allowed me the opportunity to fulfill a wish and a dream.

Fast forward...I am now ready to write my second book which will be transformational non-fiction. I am attending a writing bootcamp and this idea sprang from the bootcamp to help me secure my niche.

So, for those of you who follow my FB business page...why? What is it about my business page that drew you in? What do you receive from my ramblings, my posts, my FB business page? What do you love most about what I share in my meanderings and writings? What made you hit the follow and like button?

If you choose to help me fulfill this need, it will help me focus and narrow in on my niche for my book and that is going to be very helpful.
