We are now accepting appointments for Medical Cannabis Certification! If you have any of the following conditions, you may qualify:

•Any type or form of cancer, regardless of stage
•Chronic or debilitating pain, epilepsy or any other seizure disorder
•Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity
•Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome that has been proven resistant to other conventional medical treatments
•Post-traumatic stress disorder
•Any other medical condition or disease that the Kentucky Center for Cannabis determines.

We will be closed today, Monday April 13th and Tuesday the 14th for staff training. All existing appointments have been rescheduled or moved to telehealth where necessary. If you are in need of a refill, please contact your pharmacy and they will submit the request to us and we will be answering those throughout the day. Due to extreme weather and hazardous road conditions, our office will be closed Monday January 26th- Tuesday Feb. 3rd. All existing appointments during this time will be completed via Telehealth. We have contacted all patients scheduled. We will not be able to access our office phones during this time so please follow the following steps if you need to contact us. If you are in need of a medication refill, please contact your pharmacy first and they will submit that request to us through the proper channels. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please submit them through the patient portal or our website.
