Glutes or No Glutes? 🤔

There’s no right or wrong answer. Your session should always match your comfort level.

Many clients choose to include glute work because the hips, glutes, low back, and upper legs are all connected. Restrictions in one area can often contribute to tension, discomfort, or movement limitations somewhere else.

Glute work may help with:
✔️ Hip tightness
✔️ Low back tension
✔️ Sciatic type symptoms
✔️ Sitting related discomfort
✔️ Athletic recovery
✔️ General mobility

Not comfortable with direct skin contact? That's okay too.
Many techniques can still be performed effectively through the sheet, blanket, or clothing. We meet you where you are and adjust treatment based on your preferences and comfort level.

Whether you choose glute work, over the sheet work, or prefer to skip the area entirely, your session is always tailored to your goals.

✨ MEET ALLISON ✨

If you've visited FYM, there's a good chance you've already met Allison. 🤍

Allison is a Reiki Master and Foot Reflexology practitioner here at Free Your Mind, Body and Soul Wellness. She has always been passionate about alternative and holistic approaches to wellness and loves helping others find ways to feel their best.

When she's not at FYM, Allison works as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Owensboro Health and also teaches yoga. Her love for helping people extends far beyond the wellness center.

Outside of work, you'll usually find her tending to her garden, caring for her chickens, spending time with her 18 year old daughter, or studying for her Natal Astrology certification.

One of the things we love most about Allison is her constant desire to learn and grow. She's always exploring new holistic practices and ways to support the people she serves.
