Fatmata consistently goes above and beyond to support the people we serve. She is dependable, caring, patient, and always willing to step in wherever she is needed. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness make a difference every single day.
We especially want to recognize Fatmata for taking the initiative to cross-train in the kitchen, demonstrating her willingness to learn new skills and contribute wherever needed. She truly understands that being a DSP is about more than completing a job—it’s about creating opportunities, building independence, and making sure the people we support feel valued and cared for. 💙
