💜💙 We will be at the Su***de Prevention Walk & Remembrance Event on Tuesday, 9/8/2026 at McCurdy Park. Registration starts at 5 PM. Event starts at 5:30 PM

💞 We will be attending the MomWalkCo. event at Bentley Park on Friday, 9/11/2026

Unfortunately, no Saturday morning class, again this weekend because we will be at the Flint, MI Promise Walk for Preeclampsia™ 💖

Saturday 9AM flow & Release classes will be back on schedule next week!
