I’ve been taking a little break from posting lately. Creating content every day can become overwhelming, and sometimes I need to step back and recharge.
There are so many algorithms to keep up with, trends to follow, and constant pressure to create posts that get engagement. It can start to feel like you have to live on social media instead of simply enjoying it. But social media is meant to be a place we visit, not a place we live.
I’ve realized that I’m happiest when I stop trying to keep up with every trend and just show up as myself. I was putting too much pressure on myself over what my content “should” look like. Moving forward, I want to create content that I genuinely enjoy while continuing to educate all of you about natural health and healing.
Tonight has been all about slowing down. I spent some time meditating and journaling, and now I’m curled up with homemade beef stew and Shameless for some much-needed nervous system support.
Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is less. More rest. Less pressure. More listening to our bodies. Less trying to do it all.
I hope you’re all having a great week and taking the time to listen to your nervous system. 🪷
