Biostress Relief is a highly effective three part system of healing created to relieve stress, anxiety, sleeplessness and pain. Biostress Relief sessions combine the complementary healing effects of Mindfulness, Sound Healing and Reiki into one sixty minute deep relaxation experience. Your hour will begin with a grounding Mindfulness practice, transition to a Sound Healing session, and end with a

Reiki treatment. The harmonious effects of these three channels of healing reduce anxiety, stress, pain and tension. Clients experience a deep state of relaxation, an increase in energy and focus, and an overall feeling of peace and serene awareness. Sessions will take place in your home or your workplace, or at one of our studios. Safety and personal comfort are the core of our practice. All accommodations will be discussed and met prior to the appointment date.

I recently had the honor and privilege of facilitating a sound experience at a very special celebration of life. The energy in the room was extraordinary! I was overwhelmed by the positive feedback I received from so many people after the sound bath.

🚨Big news!!🚨I’ve changed the name of my business! BioStress Relief is now Sound Spirit Wellness! Most of my current services will stay the same, the studio is still located in Oxford, CT and I still make house calls and office visits✨

I’ll be adding a couple more services, and I’m in the process of redoing my website and my Google business listing. I’m having a pretty challenging time verifying the changes of my Google business listing and some aspects of the new website. If you’re tech-savvy and want to help out or share some info please holler! I’d be happy to barter services🤝

At a later date I’ll be sharing more of why I changed the name of my business and what new services I’ll be providing. Huge shout out and big thanks to everyone who has supported me on this journey! I appreciate you all and look forward to keeping in touch and working with ya!💝🌈🌻
