Simple things I often recommend for energy support:
✔️ Drink half your body weight in ounces of water

✔️ Morning sunlight within 30 minutes of waking
✔️ Move your body daily—even walking counts
✔️ Reduce caffeine after lunch to support cortisol and sleep
Most healing doesn’t happen from one giant change.
