Women, we have to think and vote.

A multi decade political broker is not going to work to improve women's health access.

We, women, are not a political trade so we are valueless in trade offs.

We, women, need to change the NC General Assembly leadership.

NC is a high new breast cancer rate state that protects insurance profits, retiree health plan budgets and physician legal health before women's health.

If we do not change NC LEG leadership, then big medicine and insurance and politics win.

ABOUT LIFETIME RISK OF BREAST CANCER AND THE SCREENING MAMMOGRAM OLIGOPOLY--

1 out of 3 pre-menopausal women getting screening mammograms are above average risk.

1 out of 4 to 5 pre-menopausal women getting screening mammograms are HIGH RISK.

High risk means at least a 20% lifetime risk of BREAST cancer THOUGH often much higher.

WHY THEN does the NC Cancer Committee of 34 want to use the USPSTF average risk screening guideline that stabs women with dense tissue in their breast?

Oh, by the way, this committee is not subject to ethics rules.

Protect the doctors and gift insurance profits, while state legislators take insurance lobby money, even the ones that say they support breast imaging legislation. Of course, let the patients suffer!
