Our membership based practice has an in-house lab and pharmacy, providing medical testing and prescriptions at a fraction of the typical cost. We are Oxford’s first Direct Primary Care practice. We offer a style of family medicine that is immediate, thorough, comprehensive, specific, easily affordable, and personal. Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a model of healthcare that puts patients first by getting rid of the red tape by which most other traditional practices are restricted.

💛 JULY IS SARCOMA AWARENESS MONTH 💛

Did you know that sarcoma is often called the "forgotten cancer"?

Because it is rare, early signs are frequently ignored, leading to delayed diagnoses. Let’s change that by spreading the word!

🧠 What is Sarcoma? Unlike common cancers that form in organs, sarcoma develops in the body’s connective tissues—like muscles, fat, blood vessels, nerves, tendons, cartilage, and bones.

📊 The Fast Facts:
There are over 70 different subtypes of sarcoma.
Adults vs. Kids: It makes up about 1% of ADULT cancers but roughly 15% of CHILDHOOD cancers.

🚨 Know the Warning Signs:
Sarcomas can pop up anywhere but most often appear in the arms, legs, or abdomen. Talk to a doctor if you experience:

✅ A new or growing lump under the skin (even if it doesn't hurt).
✅ Deep, aching bone pain that gets worse at night or during rest.
✅ Unexplained swelling or limited movement in a joint.
✅ Persistent abdominal pain or feeling full too quickly.
