I was reminded by a friend this morning that I started nursing school 20 years ago today.

✨Whoa!!✨ I don't feel that old at all. In some ways, it feels like just yesterday. But in some ways, the weight of experience is ever-present.

Our superstar last week was the OG: Our plain hydration bag! Did you know we offer either 1/2 liter or 1 liter of plain, simple normal saline or lactated ringers, to rehydrate you and get you going? This may be helpful if you:

Remembering, celebrating, and recognizing this important day along with our Paducah community today. 💖 May we never forget the significance of this date and what it means.

Eighth of August celebrations continue across the community. August 8, 1863, marks the day Paducah was notified of the Emancipation Proclamation, with the city passing a resolution in July 2026

I am so excited to present a new, easier way to book with me: my new booking site! I'll be printing it on menus and business cards soon, but for now, enjoy this first peek! 🤩
Once you choose your session time, etc, here, the process with me will be the same after that. I still use the same, HIPAA compliant, electronic medical records system. If you are a new patient, you will still have your new patient appointment the same way. And of course, I am always just a text away at (270) 681-0007 if you ever have questions or want to schedule that way. It's all the same, except with a convenient new way to view my current services and schedule.
