I’m sorry for posting, but unfortunately it needs to be said.

Insurance contracts require us to collect the patients copay at the time of there visit.
Please make sure you have your copay.

Cash pay: we will no longer see patients that tell us they have no money but will “pay tomorrow” or “my cousin will come by later and pay” or “I’ll pay you when I get paid again.”

This is not fair to me or my practice.

Do you pay for your haircut at the time of your service?
Do you pay for your groceries the day you get them at the store?
Do you pay for gas the same day when you go to the store to fill up your tank?

Please be mindful of your visits, costs, balances and copays.

If you have an outstanding balance, that will have to be paid before being seen again.
We have a long list of balances that are due.
You can always call the office if you have questions or contact your insurance provider.
