Regional Recreation Plan Open House

You are invited to join the Pagosa Area Recreation Coalition (PARC) for a Community Open House to review the draft PARC Plan and speak directly with the leadership team about proposed projects, priorities, and the future of outdoor recreation and conservation in our region. This is the community’s final opportunity to provide input before the plan is finalized after nearly a year of collaboration, discussion, and hard work by local partners, agencies, stakeholders, and volunteers.

We are in the home stretch of completing a plan that will help guide future recreation, conservation, and public lands projects throughout the region while positioning PARC and its partners to pursue future funding opportunities through the Colorado Regional Partnership Initiative and grant programs. Community feedback remains an important part of the process, and we encourage everyone to attend, ask questions, and help shape the final direction of the plan. Draft plan and brief feedback survey will be available at https://pagosaparc.org

The open house will be held in person on Wednesday, June 3rd, at the PLPOA Clubhouse, 230 Port Ave, 2 PM- 7 PM. Stop by anytime during the event to review the plan materials, meet with the leadership team members, and share your thoughts. We hope to see you there!

The March Board Meeting has been rescheduled to a date other than the regularly posted second Tuesday of the month. To accommodate optimal Board member attendance, the meeting has been moved to Thursday, March 12 at 6:00 PM.
