We have been notified by several Medicare patients that they received phone calls appearing to come from our office phone number. The caller falsely states that Dr. Benson ordered a knee brace, back brace, heating pad, ice pack, or other durable medical equipment and then asks for personal information.

⚠️ Please do NOT provide any personal, Medicare, insurance, banking, or financial information over the phone.

Our office DOES NOT order durable medical equipment over the phone. Any orders for braces, medical supplies, or other durable medical equipment are only discussed and ordered during an in-office appointment with your provider.

📞 If you receive one of these calls and are unsure if it is legitimate, hang up and contact our office directly using our official phone number.
