As we close out the month of May, we reflect on all the important conversations, tips, and resources we’ve shared during Mental Health Awareness Month.
At Aza Health, we proudly wore green to show our commitment to mental wellness and to help break the silence around mental health. Throughout the month, we focused on raising awareness, ending stigma, and encouraging open, honest dialogue.
Let’s continue building a culture of compassion, understanding, and support—because mental health matters every month of the year!

Staying hydrated is key to good health. Drink water regularly throughout the day, even if you’re not thirsty. Carry a reusable bottle, set reminders, and monitor your urine color. Hydrate before, during, and after exercise, and choose water over sugary or caffeinated drinks. Eating water-rich foods also helps. Prioritize hydration to support your overall well-being. www.azahealth.org.
