Second Sign Sound Healing Sound healing and sound bath meditation. Public and private events. Certified in Level 1 and Level 2 Sound Healing, for group or private sessions.

The therapeutic power of sound as an aid in the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit can be traced back thousands of years. A sound bath is a powerful tool for restoring balance and harmony, reducing stress and anxiety, and promoting relaxation through a deep meditative state.

Whether you are looking to align your energy centers, deepen your meditation practice or simply find a calm center in a chaotic world, I offer Sound Healing sessions with the most positive of intention to aid others on their journey towards wellbeing.
