Despite living in Florida, I love scurrying up mountains. In 2025 I was blessed to be able to travel and hike in some beautiful places. When I can’t be in the mountains I can walk, dance and practice yoga. We’ll all be happier if we find an activity that’s accessible and makes us feel alive, indoors or outdoors. How about you try something new this year, or keep enjoying an activity that you love?
