The invisible load and decision fatigue...

🌸 I see you carrying the weight of a thousand decisions today.

From therapy schedules to IEP meetings, to simply figuring out what your child will eat today—the mental load of a special needs mom is staggering. It is okay if you feel tired. It is okay if you need a minute to just breathe.

You are doing an incredible job, even on the days you feel like you are failing. Take a deep breath, mama. You are built for hard things, but you don't have to carry them all at once.
