Can we talk about the most overlooked summer wellness tool? ๐ง
Electrolytes!
You can drink water all day and still be functionally dehydrated if your body doesn't have the minerals it needs to actually absorb and use it. Sodium, potassium, and magnesium regulate fluid balance at the cellular level โ and when you're sweating in a Florida summer, you're losing all three fast.
