A 3-minute morning Nervous System reset:

Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 6. This activates your parasympathetic nervous system โ€” your rest-and-digest mode โ€” before the stress of the day has a chance to take over.

Slow neck rolls, shoulder circles, and a gentle spinal twist. You've been still all night โ€” wake

Here's our Summer Wellness Checklist to keep you feeling your best all season long:

common causes of back pain and fatigue. Aim for half your body weight in ounces daily.
๐Ÿ– Watch your posture at the beach โ€” Lying on your stomach reading or hunching over your
phone in the sand puts real stress on your lower back and neck. Take breaks and stretch.
๐Ÿ“š Read books that you find interesting and calming an hour before bed. This will support a good sleep schedule and nervous system regulation.
๐Ÿ“… Book your monthly adjustment โ€” Consistency is everything. Regular adjustments support nervous system health, a healthy immune response, mood balance, and so much more. Don't let the busy summer
