Can I talk to you?
Sometimes something feels easier to do when we lower the pressure around it.
Think about when someone says, “Would you like to donate? Every penny counts.” That little qualifier matters. It reminds you that your contribution does not have to be huge to still matter.
What if we gave ourselves that same grace when we’re trying to move through difficult seasons?
Every day will not require the same version of you. Some days you may have more energy, more patience, more confidence, more hope. Other days, just getting through the day may take everything you have.
So instead of asking yourself to suddenly be 100% better, can you give yourself just 5% more of what you need today?
5% more grace.
5% more effort.
5% more rest.
5% more courage.
5% more belief in yourself.
And then tomorrow, maybe you add a little more.
Healing, rebuilding, and becoming do not always happen in giant leaps. Sometimes it is just choosing to give yourself a little more each day until one day you realize how far you’ve come.

There was a time when I thought being a "good woman" meant being available to everyone.
I answered every phone call.
I showed up whenever I was needed.
I overextended myself because I thought love had to be earned through sacrifice.
One day I realized something...
The people who benefited the most from my lack of boundaries were the same people who struggled the most when I finally created them.
That changed me.

I stopped measuring my worth by how much I could carry for other people.
I started measuring it by how well I cared for myself.

The woman you're becoming deserves the same love you've spent years giving away.
