Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in CA
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in palliative care, hospice, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
• Certification in Advanced Practice Hospice and Palliative Nursing (ACHPN) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Koa Kids by High Care is a type of service that allows children with medical conditions that have made their bodies very sick to have a whole team of professionals (nurses, social workers, etc.) come into their homes to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care with the goal of improving the patient’s quality of life.
