The past couple weeks have been really hard. Losing my dad has left an emptiness I’m still learning how to carry. Stepping back into everyday life isn’t always easy but I know my dad would want me to keep going. I know he was proud of me….proud of what I’ve built.

Thank you to every patient/client that has sent a message, said a prayer, sent flowers, or just simply gave me grace during this time. I have felt every bit of it and am truly grateful. Some of you have become more than patients, you have become part of my Rejuve family.

Grief doesn’t end when you go back to work but returning to the things you love helps you find your way forward.

Heaven gained a true legend and I am crushed dealing with this. 💔

So many of you have already called, texted and sent messages and I can’t tell you how much your love and kindness have meant to me during this difficult time.

People ask me ALL the time how old I am and what I do to my face… so here you go. 😂

I’m 55, and no, I’m not trying to look 25. I just want to look like the best, most refreshed version of myself.

Today my friend Tami, who is also a Nurse Practitioner, came over and gave me a little refresh:
