Myth: Diet & Exercise = Weight Loss

I have battled weight, fought my body since I was 14.

I am now 60, the last 5 years my body and I are finally making friends 🎉🎉🎉

This is what I learned...

The Body uses fat to protect you. If you do not fix the reason your body is protecting you, your body will fight releasing the fat.
