Debbie Young is the Founder and Owner of Soul Shed Wellness. Her mission is to create a sacred space in her community for those who are seeking to heal, transform, and a positive atmosphere to connect with like-minded people. Debbie completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training with Laurie Ahlemann of Long Island Yoga School in 2013 and is trained in YogaRocks Kids! She has

a strong passion for Essential Oils, which led her to become a Certified Raindrop Technique Practitioner. She is one of only 3 people certified in this technique on Long Island. Through her extensive healing work, in her own practice and alongside a variety of holistic doctors and practitioners, she has become known as the “healer for healers”. She is a licensed Spiritual Healer and Certified Aromatherapy Coach. In addition to her healing sessions, Debbie performs sacred ceremonies for mothers-to-be and many of life’s transitions.
