Health, Wealth and Relationships are deeply inmeshed with each other. Sure it’s great to focus on which element needs attention, but having a long term mission and vision is essential to tie it all together.

The mission, purpose and vision is what keeps everything going when times get hard. It must be bigger and greater than you alone.

Opening our hearts time and time again. It seems that to truly love another person, and we must go out on a limb of vulnerability, openness and trust that’s unavoidable.

Otherwise, we are closed to opportunities.

Better to be on the offense with open and loving intentions or be on the defense to prevent yourself from getting hurt?

Or a mix of both?
