“…Little cardio on the rebounder tonight …with hand weights ….a rebounder works so many areas of your body …sooo many benefits …even just 5 mins offers benefits …I tend to do 20-25 mins 2-3 times a week—if I’m not feeling well but want to get a little workout I may just do some more gentle bouncing for 10 mins ….as always , do what YOU can do and listen to your body…this little “fitness trampoline”—aka Rebounder —has so many benefits that I never realized …try it …you won’t regret it!!…” 😁🙃😁🙃

Couple hikes this weekend and a little rebounding Tonight…slowly getting back into my exercise routines …(after 3 weeks of trying to rest and heal from a wicked virus-I rarely get sick!)
Anyway , I’m an awful patient as I hate to rest …lol…but the universe put me in my place and “forced me to rest/slow down”….but getting back to some outdoor vitamin D and cardio ..” STAY active -when you can—REST when you have to and your body tells you to do so….”

Finally able to do some movement !! …fighting a virus so I truly couldn’t do much…but the past two days I’ve done some strength training and some yoga…something is better than nothing , and I’m not good at being stagnant , but have to listen to your body when it needs rest to heal…although I can’t wait to get back to 100%
In the meantime I’ll KEEP Moving the best I can….STAY ACTIVE…(when you’re able),…

Puppy yoga, Regular Yoga 🧘‍♂️ & Hiking 🥾this weekend
(Along with yardwork which is pretty good exercise as well)
Puppy yoga was not real intense —more stretching than normal , but with puppies !!… not only did I get my physical benefits, but the puppies gave me emotional and mental health benefit benefits!! (hiking) was awesome. I got my vitamin D fresh air talk with God and 5.65 miles of God’s country… between yardwork -(hauling broken tree branches & digging up old hoses in the yard ), and doing things around the house that needed done , puppy yoga, regular yoga, and a hike—I still was moving, still got exercise for the body and for the soul.
So like I always say Keep moving /STAY ACTIVE … It doesn’t have to be anything major and intense. It doesn’t have to be the same type of exercise… I also believe that “Variety IS key”….JUST MOVE!

I was away from home all week & unable to do some of my normal/routine workout’s,especially for my legs/quads, so I utilized the hot tub and did some great leg workouts !…”
Whatever you do, STAY ACTIVE!! 🙃
