😮 I can't believe it's been almost three months since I last posted! I've been keeping busy between traveling visitors and Virginia people (and helping my parents out). Base rates were increased ever so slightly, but there are still amazing deals available whether from a membership or multi-day discounts. 2022 has been a great year for cuddles. Join in. 🤗

I think one would be surprised, feeling alone when surrounded by people, how many people around you are feeling alone as well. The feeling is real, coming from a lack of connection, having nothing to do with whether people are around you or not. Knowing that, to feel less alone, all we need to do is simply connect. To connect, we need to be vulnerable to share. To be vulnerable, we need to feel safe. To feel safe, we must be kind and to have compassion with each other. We've got this. 💜🤗

When was the last time you recharged your batteries? It can be so wearing to feel discounted and invisible. Did you know spending time in a safe environment where you feel seen and validated charges your batteries for being able to survive interactions where you are not? 💜

So appreciative of all my clients. Some I've known from the beginning, four years ago, others I have met just this year. Some I saw only once, others I have seen many times. I remember every person, and value learning everyone's story. I look forward to seeing friends again, and for those I have yet to meet. 🤗

I watched the first episode of Brene Brown's Atlas of the Heart on HBO Max tonight. What I offer is not unique because I am one of few people who are capable of it. What I offer is unique because I am one of few people who do. We are emotional and social beings with an innate nature for connection. We all have this capacity within ourselves. My hope for our world is that I will no longer be considered unique in this way, that the components for connection will exist in society to such a level that we no longer feel perpetual disconnection and the resulting pain. My hope is for kindness, acceptance, compassion... However, until we get there, I'll be here. 💜
