Swatches on skin tone are in! Dreamy is the new Splurge cream eye shadow. I am positive it can be applied with a lighter hand for a less opaque application. Perfect silver color!
Enamored and Adorable are the new loose pigments that are part of the $32 July kudos. I love a neutral eye and these are exclusive pigment colors so I had to get the kudos!!
