Way overdue to get back to impact moves- this is just a little impromptu workout in my back patio. Wearing flat sneakers and working on a hard surface really got the impact hitting me! 💥
If you’re a woman over the age of 40, bone strength is crucial. As we age, we seem to avoid moves like this that really help our bones stay strong. If you can’t jump, you can stomp, do heel drops, etc. Here are a few of my faves.

If you are entering menopause, addressing estrogen should not be your first move. Please work for the practitioner who will take a look at all of your hormones throughout your cycle and help you in a way that is unique to you into your cycle.

Well, we need to focus on both protein and fiber! But.. please don’t hurt yourself by buying these “keto” breads and other fake foods that are not going to help your goals. Aim to get your fiber from real foods, such as:
Chia seeds
Berries
Leafy Greens
Chickpeas
Almonds
Cruciferous Veggies

And if you use a fiber supplement, start small!

Patience my friends!
While I’m not a doctor. I do support many women who are receiving HRT and are not counseled on how to optimize their effects. Not only does it take a while to kick in, but it’s great to be doing the other things that support general health, including: gut health, sleep quality, stress management, and cleaning up the diet!
