We now have our forum page up and running and have already added two posts in there.
Take a look to learn more about the amazing work that our students and one of our alum has been doing the field.

This forum is a pilot project to explore how an online community can enhance the IGMH website.

SGMH will be offering annual financial awards to increase accessibility to global mental health work. These awards can cover travel funds, poster expenses, etc., and are open to all PAU students including those in the Ph.D., PsyD, Masters, and undergraduate programs.

Recipients of these awards are expected to partner with SGMH to prepare a follow-up presentation and share their discoveries and experience with the PAU community.

Applications must include a brief proposal of 350-500 words and are due April 30th at 11:59 PM. Awards will include up to $250 and the exact amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. For further information, please contact us via email at: [email protected]

Prof. Ndetei is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Nairobi, Kenya and the Founding Director of the Africa Mental Health Foundation (AMHF) – a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Kenya, focusing on research to generate evidence for best practice in the provision of affordable, appropriate, available and accessible mental health services for low and middle income countries.
