Women’s Winter Retreat in near McCall, ID ❄️

Have you had the audacity to plan for a wellness retreat for yourself yet?
To ALSO take care of yourself, plan for yourself, be attentive to yourself, and radically LOVE yourself?

This coming winter, I want 10 women to have the AUDACITY with me to explore what it is to be a woman in its raw, authentic, natural, beauty?

The rawness, the sharpness, the beauty, the ugly, the everythingness of laying it all out while simultaneously recieving it with full LOVE and Awareness.

I may not have been able to join these amazing women, but I am so ecstatic and energized by just seeing all these pictures and hearing all the stories from Heather! What a retreat! They had the wild all for themselves! What a beautiful, wild, soul nurturing retreat ✨🥲🥾🤘🏼

All of the donations you give to all my classes will now go towards helping Princess out. From now on, my classes will fully be dedicated to all the abused kids in my hometown. For now, let’s help Princess get her basic needs. Thank you 🙏🏼

Let’s help a girl start a new life away from her abusers. Let’s practice yoga under the cedars tomorrow at Idler’s Rest, 11 am.

It all started because she told the TRUTH. I asked the right questions, and everything just poured out of her. Her abuser was not happy about that.

Let’s celebrate not only Princess, but also the next generation after her ✨ The goal here is to alleviate suffering in the world. A small action that takes a girl away from her abusers, will echo through her children, the children’s children, and all the way through generations of girls and boys. Join me this Sunday to bring awareness to and help a girl’s life, one Yoga at a time.
