Multiple sclerosis (MS)

Medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to the others listed. These may include but are not limited to: Anxiety, Anorexia, Chronic Back Pain, Diabetes, Hepatitis C, Insomnia, Irritable Bowel Disease, Lyme Disease, Lupus, Migraine / Cluster Headaches, Muscle Spasms, Muscular Dystrophy, Severe & Chronic Pain, Severe Nausea, Sickle Cell Anemia, And other debilitating conditions.

Terminal condition diagnosed by a physician other than the qualified physician issuing the physician certification

Chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying medical condition, or that originates from a qualifying medical condition, and persists beyond the usual course of that qualifying medical condition.

Hi! It’s Brittany! I just wanted to update patients that I had to change my office hours due to my kiddos being out of school this summer. I will only be at the office Monday and Wednesday 8-5. Sorry for the inconvienence! My mommy duties are calling! Love y’all!

🗣🗣Revised Statement from Coastal Family Practice
I wanted to clarify previous statement. We are still open for business Mon thru Fri 8AM-5PM and Friday 9AM-1PM
We are no longer able to get the protective gear, supplies and diagnostic tests needed for our staff to evaluate patients with Covid-19 symptoms. These items have been on order for weeks from 3 separate medical suppliers.
For this reason, we are promoting phone/video conferencing with our healthcare providers instead of a traditional sit down visits. Please call our office if you are in need of medical treatment, routine services and medication refills etc. Our staff will discuss your situation with you and if necessary will have you come into the office.
Our office door is locked so if you come by the office during regular business hours please ring the doorbell and our staff will screen you outside for contagious symptoms. We can still evaluate and treat you depending on the situation and if and when we get the necessary supplies.
This is for the safety of our patients, staff and family members. These are very unique times we live in right now and we have to all do our part to slow the spread of this devastating virus.
