What Would Julia Do? 👀

If this patient sat in my chair, I wouldn’t start by looking at one line or wrinkle. I’m looking at WHY it’s there.

Is it skin laxity? Volume loss? Texture? Have the fat pads shifted? Usually it’s a combination of a few things happening at different layers.

For this patient, I’d start with tightening the tissue using something like Attiva or Morpheus8 and address the skin itself with laser. THEN we reassess. Maybe we add filler or a biostimulator later for volume and support, but I don’t want to throw 5 treatments at you in one appointment.

There’s an order to it and I want to give your skin time to actually respond.

That’s what we do in a consultation. You tell me what you see, I tell you what I see, we talk budget and then I build the plan.
