I am adventuring deeper into the Healing Sound Vibrations with Tuning Forks. As 128 Hz is the most versatile frequency fork for the body, out of my 11, I am focusing on this first. I incorporated it into most of my sessions in the past two weeks with great results.

My latest addition. I have been practicing with a 128 Hz C (Otto)Tuning Fork and after some delivery delays, I have received these two kits. One is color-coded for the Chakra they represent and the other kit has that Otto an extra 136.1 (Om) I along with 432 (Cosmic) and 528 (Love). I have been watching videos on various ways of using these. I am so excited to incorporate these into my healing sessions.

Sharing part of my morning routine. Video was before drinking my coffee so I forgot my Clear Lax but hoping blending my celery helps me skip that step from now on. Staying healthy and in shape is a lot of work but well worth the effort.
