It’s Nurse Practitioner Week and I caught myself daydreaming-in reflection, gratitude, and excitement for what's to come.

From Bachelor's in Science of Nursing (RN) to Master's in Science of Nursing (FNP, APRN) to Owner of Aliva Balance.

This work stretches me, steadies me, humbles me, and reminds me that sometimes purpose is quiet, steady, and found in the people you help and surround yourself with.

I have the privilege of helping people change not just their labs, their wrinkles, or their weight, but their vitality and the way they show up in their own lives.

Truthfully, sometimes it’s a lot with running a business, juggling the details, and trying to keep it all “balanced.” (see hiring form below 😂)

But then I sit with both men and women who trust me enough to share their most vulnerable moments, the ones who have tried everything and are listening to their body tell them something isn’t right.

And let’s not forget those moments of celebration❤️

Yes, I still run on coffee, a little entrepreneur chaos, and mounds of research...
