This month’s theme, “Sips, Stories & Sunshine,” will celebrate warm weather, favorite summer memories, laughter, and the joy of spending time together. Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals experiencing memory changes, caregivers, family members, and friends to gather in a relaxed and supportive environment.

What a great Networking Lunch! 💜

A big thank you to StoneBridge Health Campus for a wonderful presentation and for generously treating our group to lunch.

We also want to give a special shout-out to Lost River Deli. The food was absolutely amazing, and they did a fantastic job accommodating our group. They served us a wonderful hot lunch, and we highly recommend them for meetings, gatherings, and community events!

One of my favorite parts of these lunches is hearing about all the collaborations happening throughout Orange County. As we went around the room, organizations shared partnerships, projects, and successes that are making a real difference in our community. The connections made at these networking lunches continue to grow, and it's exciting to see people working together to support one another.

Thank you to everyone who attended. Together, we're building a stronger, more connected, and dementia-friendly Orange County.

Your brain health matters — and small lifestyle changes can make a big difference.

The IU Health Rural Dementia Network is offering a free six-session Healthy Brain Workshop at the Orleans Public Library focused on practical ways to support cognitive wellness and healthy aging. Topics will include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, purpose, and everyday habits that can help keep the brain healthy over time.

This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning more about brain health for themselves, a loved one, or their community. Space is limited to 10 participants, and commitment to all six sessions is requested.
