Has anyone tried something natural that worked for them? Not saying that doesn’t work for everyone, but I have just not seen it work well for most.

Or maybe it works for a short period, but doesn’t last.

Everyone is different and even when I look at genetic tests I can now almost predict when a natural product is not a great fit.

I think the marketing on some of these products is very deceiving… people just don’t know it’s not the same.

Share your story good or bad, I’d love to hear!

I may be booked on the nerdiest, yet coolest, vacation on earth. 😂

In October, I’m heading to the Peloponnese in Greece for an immersive retreat focused on genomics, longevity, environment, nutrition, and how our daily choices influence the way we age.

One of the requirements?

This biological age test.🧬

Seriously.

Not only is a passport required, so is my current biological age!

When I first heard about it, I couldn’t stop laughing how insanely perfect this was for me. I had literally just done this same exact test on myself, so I may be a step ahead of the group.

I have met with the amazing people (more than once) to help me understand my results. Additional testing allowed me to connect all the dots and make sense of exactly what I needed to work on… and why.

I’m working on a testing package that puts this all together…coming soon.😊

I couldn’t be more excited about this trip and opportunity to be a part of such a unique experience.

I get to spend time with a group of people who are just as fascinated by genetics, longevity, and healthy aging as I am. That is VERY hard to find!

Before we all go, it’s part of the program to take this test…. In my case, it’s a retest. I’ve been wanting to eventually do this anyway to see where I’m at.

Not because I’m trying to chase a super low number, but
I’m fascinated by what the data can teach me on where I should dedicate my focus.

The older I get, the less interested I am in guessing and the more interested I am in understanding how my body actually works.

And in using the best tools out there that make sense for my unique needs.

I’ll be sharing my results when they come back, and everything I learn in Greece along the way, of course!

Please FOLLOW ME to learn more about what I’ve found to be the biggest needle movers to help me age in reverse.💛

What are your thoughts on this?

Do you ever think to ask the person recommending something to you if they have their own experience with whatever it is?

Or at least do they have access to get input from others who can give their own validating story?

We can’t all try everything….BUT we can make a strong effort to try alot!

Personally, I always have a running list of what I’m going to dabble with next.😂

Comment “PEPPY” to get the link to register for Tuesday’s live Zoom.

Your exhaustion is probably not a caffeine deficiency.

Sorry I really wish it was!

By midlife, low energy and unrefreshed sleep is often your body’s way of waving a flag that something deeper needs attention.

For me, the answers weren’t found in more caffeine, more cardio, or more willpower.

They came from understanding my genetics, supporting my mitochondria, reducing inflammation, optimizing key deficiencies, and using targeted tools based on what my body actually needed.

At 56, I on my way to having more energy, a younger biological age, and I’m at the leanest weight of my adult life.

If you’re tired of guessing and want to learn how to age strategically, follow along.

Comment “ENERGY” if this sounds like you and I’ll send you details about my free live Zoom next week on some of the tools I have been using this past year.

The older I get, the more I realize that true wealth isn’t about accumulating things.

It’s having options.

Options with your health.

Options with your time.

Options with your finances.

Over the past few years, I’ve been intentionally building a life that supports all three.

And while better health was the goal, the unexpected gift was the freedom to add some extra non-guilt perks and conveniences.

If you’re curious about what I’m doing and how it fits into my health and wellness business, comment OPTIONS below.

Everyone is chasing the newest biohack, pept!de, or longevity tool right now…

And don’t get me wrong — I love and use many of them too.

But after everything I’ve learned over the years, there is still one thing I will not leave home without.

My little yellow “cellular ninja.”

Because no matter how advanced the wellness world becomes, I still know that healthy aging starts at the cellular level.

If the cell is overwhelmed…
if oxidative stress is high…
if detox pathways are struggling…

EVERYTHING works less efficiently.

Energy.
Recovery.
Hormones (yes, HRT!)
Fat loss.
Inflammation control.
Aging itself.

And honestly, I don’t think enough practitioners are talking about this right now I want to point out…

With so many people currently on a weight loss journey, they should be aware that when the body starts mobilizing stored material (toxins) from fat tissue, supporting detoxification and cellular protection matters. ALOT.

This is one reason, among many, I still believe so strongly in NRF2 activation and why this simple yellow pill still has a permanent place in my daily routine.

Over the past couple years, I’ve actually simplified MANY of my supplements and become far more strategic about what I take.

But this one?

Still stays. 💛

There Is no “Me Time” in May.

What is it about May?!

As an empty nester… or rather, partial empty nester/college mom… I’ve spent the last year getting very comfortable in my own little world.

A quiet house.
Meals and leftovers all for me.
A schedule built mostly around me.
To-do lists focused on my own priorities.
My work spread all over the kitchen island.
My ring light permanently living in the middle of the room like it belongs there.
A rebounder trampoline and vibration plate casually taking over the living room.

If my kids had ever done this to the house…absolutely NOT!

This past year, I got used to my own routines.
My own pace.
My own space.

And then May hit like a hammer.

And suddenly, I’m back to being the manager of all things.

Not in the same way as when they were little.
It’s different now.
But somehow… not easier!

Now it’s…
- Pickups from college
- Paying for empty summer apartments
- Passport renewals for a family trip to Africa.
Trying to figure out if the recent Ebola outbreak is going to affect those plans.
- Car servicing appointments that somehow still require my coordination and making sure people actually wake up and go.
- Sharing cars because one was left at school
- Doctor appointments
- Surgical consults
- Procedures
- Insurance questions
- And the transition to adult doctors — which, in our family, means trying to find root cause minded practitioners.

The interruptions become random and unpredictable.
The mental tabs stay permanently open.

And suddenly there goes the live Zoom events I normally attend.
My quiet work blocks.
My workout schedule.
My ability to focus.
And my solo meal planning.

Why does food management stress me out the most?!

May has not-so-gently reminded me….
I may be a partial empty nester…
but I’m still very much the CEO of this family.

And apparently, there is no “me time” in May.💗

I may be 56…

…but my biological age is over 10 years younger. Confirmed by two different tests!

This did NOT happen from guessing what I needed.

For years, I thought health and weight control was all about just eating healthier, trying harder, and
finding the “right” supplements.

But the biggest shift happened when I finally started understanding how MY body was actually wired.

That changed everything!

Why certain things worked for me.
Why certain things didn’t.
Why stress impacted me so heavily.
Why my body needed support in some areas more than others.

Genetic insights felt like finally getting the GPS manual for my body….how I wish I had this for myself and my kids from birth!

And once I stopped guessing and started getting more strategic and personalized with my health approach… everything became much more intentional.

I’m going to start sharing a lot more about:
- the testing that changed everything for me
- mitochondrial health
- strategic aging
- and the biggest tools that helped me stop guessing in midlife

Because I truly believe more women deserve to know there’s another way to approach aging besides just trying every supplement and “tool” they hear about.

Follow along if this is speaking to you.🌟

I’m such a nerd. I can’t get over these new reports I’m able to generate with Claude linking genetic test results with not only symptoms, but targeted supplements and “P-word” tools that would best support the person’s weaknesses.

Seriously people can stop guessing what they need to prioritize by gaining clarity through the testing I do. The future is about personalization….not guessing and hoping something is right for you!

This is your “WHY” and “WHAT” so you understand the things that will best support you for optimal aging.🌈

Keep following as I continue to share more on how to get clearer with your health plan!
