Your body doesn't need a foreign substance to trigger healing. It just needs the right signal — delivered at the right concentration, in the right place.

PRP concentrates the growth factors your platelets already carry and delivers them precisely into the tissue that needs to repair. No synthetic drugs. No donor material. Your biology, amplified.

The response depends on the quality of the environment receiving it — which is why at Élevé we assess hormones, cortisol, and metabolic health before we start.

Your blood already knows how to heal. We just give it better instructions.

Your body is an orchestra of hormones and neurotransmitters, all playing together. When one flute starts playing out of tune, or the tympany starts choosing its own rhythm, the whole orchestration feels off. This is where most clinics get it wrong. You can't treat the parts in isolation, you have to understand how they work together and feed off each other to get the symphony righted. Need a conductor to work with you?

This is one of the facts I share most often, because it reframes everything.
When a woman in her 40s tells me she can't focus, can't remember words, feels scattered and unlike herself mentally, the first thing I think about is her estrogen. Not her stress levels. Not her sleep habits. Her estrogen.
The brain is exquisitely sensitive to hormonal fluctuation. Cognitive symptoms in perimenopause are not imagined and they are not permanent. They are a signal worth following.
Save this if it answers a question you've been carrying.

What's their name? What time is the game this weekend? Did you unplug the curling iron this morning? You used to be sharp, run your business and your household like the boss that you are. Now, you struggle to remember why you opened the refrigerator door. Your mind isn't failing you, your hormones are shifting. Does this sound like something you are suddenly struggling with? Let's take a look, together.

The number of high-achieving women who come into my office embarrassed about this — embarrassed that they can't think as clearly as they used to — honestly makes me angry on their behalf.
They've run companies, raised families, managed impossible schedules. And now they're wondering if something is fundamentally wrong with them because they keep walking into rooms and forgetting why.
It's not stress. It's not age. It's estrogen, and estrogen is deeply involved in how your brain functions. When it fluctuates, your cognition feels it first.
This is a hormonal symptom. And it deserves a hormonal investigation.

Does it feel like you developed anxiety out of no where? Racing heart, racing mind, that inexplicable worry? Or maybe you are suddenly displaying symptoms of ADHD in your early 40s. Before you accept a generic prescription, let's take a look and find out if your hormones are in the drivers seat.

I want this to land for every woman who has been handed an anxiety diagnosis or an antidepressant prescription without anyone checking her hormone levels first.
Progesterone is your calming hormone. It works on the same brain receptors as anti-anxiety medication. When it drops, the racing thoughts, the inability to wind down, the feeling of being constantly on edge — that's not a mental health disorder. That's a hormonal shift.
You are not broken. You are changing. And there is a difference.

Suddenly waking up at 3am? Did you know this could be a sign of progesterone decline? Women in perimenopause usually see this pop up first in the luteal phase of their cycle, before it becomes a nightly occurance. Stress will worsen it, but isn't the only factor. Could declining progesterone be affecting your sleep? Let's find out!

Progesterone is so often skipped when talking about hormones. However, it's decline happens first and will show up in unexpected ways. No longer sleeping? Racing heart? Shortened cycles? Unexplained anxiety? These can all be signs that you need to take a deeper look at your progesterone.

This is one of the trickiest things about progesterone deficiency — it doesn't arrive loudly.
There's no dramatic symptom that makes you call your doctor. It's more subtle than that. You stop sleeping as well as you used to. You feel a little more anxious than makes sense. Your mood in the second half of your cycle gets harder to manage. And slowly, the version of yourself you've always been starts to feel just out of reach.
That is not aging. That is a hormone that needs attention.
Save this if it resonates — and share it with someone who might need to hear it.
