This transformation makes me so happy. ✨

She did not need “more.”
She needed the right plan.

We used PRF gel under her eyes and through the nasal folds to refresh and smooth in the most natural way possible. I love PRF because it works with your own biology and improves the skin over time. It is subtle but powerful.

Then we layered in midface support for lift, and refined her lower face with chin filler and chin shadow correction to bring everything into balance.

The result?

Brighter eyes.
Softer transitions.
A lighter, more sculpted lower face.

Sometimes it is about correcting first. ✨

For this patient we treated:

• Chin projection
• Chin shadow correction
• Lip dissolve followed by a refined refresh
• Midface support

The goal was not volume. The goal was structure.

By dissolving previous lip filler and rebuilding with intention, we restored shape without heaviness. Strategic chin and midface support improved projection and softened the lower face, creating smoother transitions from cheek to jaw.

Nothing here was random. Every area was assessed in relation to the whole face.

We restored support through the temples and midface to rebuild upper facial structure.
Softened nasal folds and marionette lines to improve transitions.
Balanced the lower lip and refined chin projection to strengthen the lower third.
Corrected chin shadow and accessory smile lines for smoother light reflection.

Full-face tox was used to relax overactive movement and maintain lift.
Multiple microneedling sessions with growth factors improved texture, elasticity, and overall skin quality.

We added a touch of filler to maintain balance and support her natural structure, and softened the masseters slightly to keep the lower face relaxed and refined.
