Sometimes it is about correcting first. ✨

For this patient we treated:

• Chin projection
• Chin shadow correction
• Lip dissolve followed by a refined refresh
• Midface support

The goal was not volume. The goal was structure.

By dissolving previous lip filler and rebuilding with intention, we restored shape without heaviness. Strategic chin and midface support improved projection and softened the lower face, creating smoother transitions from cheek to jaw.

This is what full-face refinement looks like when you treat structure, movement, and skin quality together.

Nothing here was random. Every area was assessed in relation to the whole face.

We restored support through the temples and midface to rebuild upper facial structure.
Softened nasal folds and marionette lines to improve transitions.
Balanced the lower lip and refined chin projection to strengthen the lower third.
Corrected chin shadow and accessory smile lines for smoother light reflection.

Full-face tox was used to relax overactive movement and maintain lift.

Before and After Facial Balancing with Nurse Diane đź’‰

This is what happens when the face is treated as a whole.

In this session, I used my Finesse Harmony Method to assess every feature from the temples to the chin. We looked at how volume loss, shadowing, and proportion were affecting the overall balance. Then we created a plan that brought everything back into soft, natural alignment.

No one area was overfilled. Every adjustment was intentional and designed to support the next.

The result is subtle but powerful. She still looks like herself. Just more refreshed, more sculpted, more in sync with her natural beauty.

When I focus on facial balancing, this combination is one of the most impactful.

The lips frame the mouth. The chin frames the lower third of the face. If either one is out of proportion, the entire lower face can feel visually off, even if it's subtle.

With the Finesse Harmony Method, I always assess both before treating. In some cases, the lips appear small or undefined not because they need more filler, but because the chin is underprojected. By softly enhancing the chin first, we create a stronger foundation. Then we refine the lips to sit beautifully in balance.

Lip lines? Don't book filler yet 🤍

Press your lips together, then relax. If the lines above your lip faded, that's movement, and a tiny bit of tox softens it. If they stayed, that's skin, and it needs collagen building, not more filler.
