Sound Bath & Meditation This Thursday & Sunday

This week only, our Thursday yoga class will be replaced with a relaxing Sound Bath & Meditation experience while yoga is on pause. Yoga will resume its regular schedule next week.

Join us for an evening of rest, reflection, and nervous system support.

Your experience may include:

Mindfulness & meditation
Relaxing sound bath
Breathwork & body awareness
Aromatherapy stickers
Heated eye masks
Reflective journaling
Red Light Therapy
Peaceful atmosphere

For your comfort, feel free to bring:
A pillow
A blanket
A yoga mat
Anything that helps you feel peaceful and relaxed

Please wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to fully unwind.

Sound Bath Considerations: Sound baths are generally safe and relaxing for most participants. If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, sound sensitivity, are pregnant, have a recent concussion or head injury, or have any medical or mental health concerns that may be affected by meditation, sound, or deep relaxation practices, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and step out at any time if needed.

We have been introducing us to the Yamas and Niyamas for the past month. So we wanted to break this down a bit further!

Yamas are guidelines for how we relate to the world and others.
Niyamas are practices for how we relate to ourselves and cultivate inner growth.

Shift has been exploring these and we have one more Yama to explore before moving on to Niyamas.
