Here’s the evening:

🥂 Arrive + settle in

Come into AnyaFoto Studio, grab a refreshment and give yourself a minute to arrive.

🔔 Sound healing

We’ll move into approximately one hour of sound healing with crystal singing bowls and vibrational instruments.

No experience required.

You just get comfortable and receive.

📸 Portrait experience

After sound healing, each woman will have her own guided portrait experience with Anya.

No modeling experience required either.

🖼️ Your portrait

One professionally edited digital portrait is included with your ticket.

That’s it.

No complicated agenda.

No pressure.

Just an evening to slow down, receive and be seen.

You do not need to know how to meditate.

You do not need to clear your mind.

And you definitely do not need to arrive feeling peaceful. That would almost defeat the purpose.

During Savor & Sound, you will be invited to settle in and receive the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments.

There is nothing you need to perform or get right.

The evening also includes a food tasting prepared by Toastique Ridgewood.

You do not need to bring a friend to belong in the room.

This is intentionally a small evening.

You’ll arrive, settle in, meet other women, experience the sound healing together

and then move through the portrait experience individually.

Nobody needs to arrive with a group.

Nobody needs to “know somebody.”

Come alone.

Bring a friend.

Either way, come exactly as you are.

We will begin with time to arrive, settle in and sample a selection prepared by Toastique.

Then I will guide you through an immersive sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments.

No previous sound-healing or meditation experience is needed.

I’m Veronica Paduch, owner of Aloha Health and Wellness.

My part of the evening is about creating space to slow down, receive and reconnect through sound.

And this is Anya Day, owner and photographer behind AnyaFoto Studio.

Anya has spent more than 16 years photographing women and creating guided portrait experiences designed to help real women feel comfortable in front of the camera.

That is why this collaboration makes sense to me.

I don’t need to turn you into somebody else.

Neither does Anya.

The evening is about giving you space to come back to yourself—and then allowing yourself to be seen from there.
